Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or pick-up.
Items must be in original, unused condition and accompanied by all original packaging.

Return Process
Approved return requests must be sent back to our warehouse for inspection by our receiving team.
Once the items are inspected and verified as eligible, a refund will be processed.

Important Notes
Any damage observed during inspection will result in a deduction from the refund amount.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
