Cancellation Policy:
If an order is canceled within 48 hours, we will happily refund 100% of the order.
Return Policy:
For returns, a full refund will be given minus a 30% restocking fee. To avoid a restocking fee, we will offer a credit to be used on Seasalthome.com for the full value of your purchase.
Damaged Items:
Seasalt Home understands that products can get damaged in transit. In the event of damage to your merchandise while in transit, We will promptly file a claim and order a replacement from the manufacturer. Any claims must be accompanied by a delivery receipt, signed at delivery and photos of the damaged goods. All claims need to be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
